John Edwin Bond

March 21, 1943 – February 3, 2010

John Edwin Bond, age 66, of Carriere went Home to Jesus

on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at his residence.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 5th

from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Picayune Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 6th

at 11:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church,

with Bro. Billy Galloway officiating.

Burial will follow at Carriere Cemetery.

John, a native of Ozona, moved here from New Orleans, LA

twenty-two years ago. He worked as an Electrician

at Northrop Grumman and was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He was the loving husband of Linda Bond of Carriere

He is preceded in death by

his parents, John W. and Bernice Bond

two brothers, Richard A. Bond and Joe Craft and

one sister, Hazelean Smith.
