Ronald R. Zamsky,
age 75, of Carriere died
in a motorcycle accident near
A Funeral Mass will be held
Saturday, March 21st at
at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church,
with Father Michael Snyder
officiating.
The visitation will be
Friday,
March 20th at Picayune Funeral Home.
Ronald, formerly of
machinist at Fan Steel Metallurgical
for 34 years and
Cherry
Electric for 5 years before retiring.
He was a member of the
International Association of Machinists and
St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Ron loved doing woodworking
and was the family’s “Mr.
Fix-it”. He was very unselfish and
a totally devoted husband for
53 years.
He is survived by
his wife, Janet Zamsky
of Carriere;
three
sons, Robert Zamsky of
Michael Zamsky
of Carriere and
Timothy Zamsky
of
two daughters, Mary Farley of
Amanda Zamsky
of Carriere;
one brother, Steve Zamsky
of Carriere;
ten grandchildren and
seven
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by
his parents, Alfred Zamsky
and Mary Boyagich Zamsky;
daughter, Joan Zamsky; and
sister, Anna Pantovich.
