Jimmie Louise Sims Stockstill

Jimmie Louise Sims Stockstill, age 64, of Carriere

passed away Saturday, July 19, 2008 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 26th at 6:00 p.m.

at Byrds Chapel Methodist Church

with Rev. Jimmy Dabbs officiating.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 26th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

at Byrds Chapel Methodist Church.

Jimmie, a former resident of Bogalusa, LA,

moved to the area fifty-five years ago. She was an

abstractor for Williams, Smith, and Stockstill and

a member of Byrds Chapel Methodist Church.

She is survived by

her son, Lance Sims Stockstill of Franklinton, LA;

two daughters, Leanne Adcox of Franklinton, LA and

Kim Ashe of Poplarville;

sister, June Ferguson of Henleyfield;

five grandchildren and

numerous close friends.

She is preceded in death by

her husband, Kendall Lee Stockstill.
