Billie June “Rusty” Rice McEachern, age 76, of Picayune
passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at
her residence.
Funeral services will be held
Friday, June 6th at 2:00 p.m.

Haymes officiating.
Burial will follow at
Visitation will be Thursday,
June 5th from 6-9 p.m.

“Rusty”, a former resident of Belle Chasse,
was a Budget Analyst with the U.S. Air Force, NAS New
Orleans
and a member of
She is survived by
her husband of
forty years,
Johnnie Paul McEachern;
son, Mike McEachern;
five daughters, Jeanie (Pat)
Karen (Danny) Rousselle,
Karla (
Kathy (Tim) Lee and
Kim (Jimmy) Halford;
two brothers, Wayne Rice and
Paul Rice;
sister, Wanetta Carnell;
fifteen grandchildren; and
eighteen
great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by
her sister, Evelyn Crane.
