David Brett Davis

April 28, 1967 – August 27, 2008

David Brett Davis, age 41, of Picayune passed away

Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Picayune.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 11:00 a.m.

at Mill Creek Baptist Church, with Rev. Arthur Lee officiating.

Burial will follow at Mill Creek Cemetery,

under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 30th at Mill Creek Baptist Church

from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

Brett, a lifetime resident of Picayune, did auto body work

and was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.

He is survived by

his wife, Beverly Davis;

three sons, Daniel Davis,

Dawson Davis and Brady Davis;

daughter-in-law, Lindsi Davis,

daughter, Tabatha Herring;

son-in-law, Justin Herring,

father, David “Buddy” Davis;

step-mother, Karen Marie Davis;

grandmother, Clairece Davis;

two sisters, Gaylene Davis and

Kelli Lee; and

four grandchildren, Ty Herring, Paityn Herring,

Ian Herring. and Gabriella Davis

He is preceded in death by

his mother, Mary Lou Davis and

grandparents, George Davis,

Daniel Ferguson and Audrey Ferguson.
