Albert Martin Ward

October 28, 1926 – November 30, 2007

Albert M. Ward, age 81, of Picayune died Friday, November 30, 2007

at his residence.

Memorial services will be held Monday, December 3rd at 11:00 AM

at Parkview Baptist Church, with Bro. Phil Pearson officiating.

Albert, a former resident of Violet, LA, was a retired correctional officer

with the Department of Corrections. He was a member

of Parkview Baptist Church and a U. S. Navy veteran.

He is survived by

his wife, Bernice Ward of Picayune;

one son, Robert Ward of Jefferson, LA;

three daughters, Donna Brewer of New Orleans, LA,

Carol Alphonso of Picayune, and

Linda Balise of Townsend, MA;

one brother, Johnny Ward of North Carolina;

one sister, Alberta James of Metairie;

nine grandchildren and

eighteen great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by

two sons, Michael Ward and Jimmy Ward and

six brothers, George Ward, Jack Ward, Joe Ward,

Edward Ward, Jimmy Ward and William “Red” Ward.
