Ernie Althea Munch Tassin

January 11, 1923 - February 26, 2007

Ernie Munch Tassin, age 84, passed away Monday, February 26, 2007 in Biloxi.

She was a native of New Orleans and moved here from California. She was a

homemaker and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.

Memorial Services will be held Thursday, March 1, 2007 with

a rosary at 10:45 AM and a funeral mass at 11:00 AM

at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Picayune, MS.

Rev. Michael Snyder will be officiating. There will be no visitation.

She is survived by:

son, Allan C. Tassin;

daughter-in-law, Marion C. Tassin;

two brothers, Carl J. Munch and Orrin “Buddy” Munch;

two sisters, Elaine Roberts and Joy M. Koen;

four grandchildren, Kelby Vance-Tassin, Jennifer Allen,

Olivia Childs and Paul Tassin;

five great grandchildren, Hunter, Cody, Slayton, Alyssa and Danika; and

many friends.

She is preceded in death by:

her mother, Hilda Combel McCormick,

her father, John Munch,

one brother, Clyde Munch,

one son, Byron P. Tassin, Jr. and

her husband, Byron P. Tassin, Sr.
