Mildred Baldini, age 96, of Chalmette, LA, died Wednesday, January 3, 2007

at Nicholson, MS.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2007

at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Chalmette, LA.

Visitation will be from 9-11 AM at the church.

Burial will follow at St. Bernard Memorial Garden, Chalmette, LA,

under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

She was a homemaker and a member of St. Maurice Catholic Church, Chalmette, LA.

She is survived by three sons, Charles Roper, Long Beach, MS, Ronald Roper, and

Edgar Roper and fiancee Karen Wallace, Diamond Head, MS;

two daughters-in-law, Desiree D. Roper, Long Beach, MS

and Lydia Roper, Slidell, LA;

two former daughters-in-law, Linda Roper, St. Bernard, LA and

Sandra Simmons, Slidell, LA;

two brothers, Harold Baldini, St. Bernard, LA and Lloyd Baldini, Ocala, FL;

ten grandchildren, Wendy, Tarae, Jason, Lisa, Ryan, Robert, Jr.,

Ronald, Jr., Matthew, Tara and Heather;

and nine great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Phillip Roper,

a sister, Audrey Falgoust, and two sons, Donald Roper and Robert Roper.
