Elton Odell “Tubby” McCraney, age 77, of Picayune died Tuesday, October 9, 2007
at Canon Hospice in

“Tubby”, a lifetime resident
of
was a welder at NASA and a
Baptist. He was a U. S. Army veteran,
in the Army National Guard, and
a member of the VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by
his wife, Charlene McCraney
of Picayune;
two sons, Chris McCraney
and Patrick McCraney, both of Picayune;
two step-sons, William Thomas of Kiln and
Andre Thomas of
one daughter, Cynthia McCraney
Rose of Picayune;
two grandchildren;
five
step-grandchildren and
three step-great
grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by
his parents, Malcolm McCraney
and Ruby Moran McCraney, and
his brother, Percy McCraney.
