Rose Ellen (Ginger) Crowell,
age 78,
died Tuesday, August 21, 2007, at
her residence in Carriere.
Funeral services will be held
at
on Friday, August 24th at 1:30 PM,
with Bro. Buddy Sheriff
officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday,
August 23rd from 6-9 PM
at Picayune Funeral Home.
Burial will be at
under the direction of Picayune
Funeral Home.
Ginger, born in

the Rebeccas and on the Civic Council.
After retirement, she moved to
this area and
was a member of
and the Busy Bees Homemaker Club
where she was the Treasurer.
Ginger loved people and
animals and was involved
in all aspects of community
service.
She touched many lives with
words of love and care.
She is survived by
four sons, Larry E. Hinkle of
Robert Skip Crowell of
Dan Crowell of
James Wesley Crowell of
three daughters, Paula Ford of Pollock Pines,
CA,
Jeri Pinkston of
Lois Dossett
of
two brothers, Harry Greenwood of
John Greenwood of
one sister, Marie Johnson of
nineteen grandchildren; and
thirty-four
great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by
her husband, Robert Wesley Crowell.
