Joseph A. Crain, age 37, of Poplarville, died Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Carriere, MS.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 11 AM

at the Picayune Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Chad Howell will officiate

at the service, with burial following in New Hope Cemetery, Crossroads, MS

under the direction of Picayune Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Wednesday, May 9th, from 6-9 PM at Picayune Funeral Home.

Joseph was a student at PRCC, Poplarville, a U.S. Army veteran and a Christian.

He is survived by

his father and step-mother, Billy & Chan Crain of Bogalusa, LA;

mother and step-father, Diann & Fred Polit of Crossroads,

former step-father, George Wade of Poplarville;

wife, Mary Vaughn Crain of Picayune;

four brothers, Paul Wade of Colorado, David Crain of Slidell, LA,

Kevin Crain of Arizona, and Andrew Wade of Crossroads; and

one sister, Lynda Palao of Texas.

He is preceded in death by

his paternal grandparents, Evon & Azzielee Crain;

maternal grandparents, Roy & Katherine Smith and

sister, Leann Garcia.
