Theresa Willis, age 62, died Friday in Picayune, MS.

The service will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at 2 PM

at Picayune Funeral Home. Burial arrangements are still being planned.

Visitation will be Tuesday, July 18, 2006 from 1 PM until service time.

Bro. Shane Giadrosich will officiate at the service.

Mrs. Willis was a Baptist and a homemaker and is survived by:

Husband, Larry Willis, Sr.;

Three Daughters,

Lisa (Ted Lewis) Stupack, Picayune, MS,

Alvina (Jimmy) Harsson, Gulfport, MS

Alfred Cernich, LA

William Cernich, Picayune, MS

Three Sisters,

Georgianna Selser, Picayune, MS

Nora McCullough, Gulfport, MS

Lorraine Lewis, Huntsville, AL

Ten Grandchildren and Two Great-Grandchildren.
