Theresa Mae Flair, age 54, died Sunday, December 17, 2006, in Picayune, MS.

The memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2006,

at 4 PM at 59 Lovell Johnson Rd., Picayune, MS.

Theresa, a resident of Picayune, was born in Oceanside, California and

was a native of Hancock County. She was a Catholic and a food service worker.

She is survived by:

her mother, Sally Bell Cundiff, Picayune, MS;

three sons, David Flair, Cumming, GA,

Michael Conley, Cumming, GA,

Matthew Flair, Cumming, GA;

one daughter, Barbara Perrilloux, Covington, LA;

two daughters-in-law, Linda Flair, Cumming, GA, and

Crystal Conley, Cumming, GA;

one brother, Walter Anthony Cundiff, Slidell, LA;

four sisters, Cathleen Cammack, Avondale, LA,

Dorothy Gilbert, Picayune, MS,

Mary Smith, Slidell, LA, and

Elizabeth Malone, Slidell, LA; and

five grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Walter E. Cundiff,

brother, John Cundiff, and father, Walter E. Cundiff.
