Michael Blackwell, age 37, died Tuesday, July 25, 2006,

at his home in Picayune, MS.

The service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2006, at 11 AM

at Picayune Funeral Home Chapel,

with burial following at Old Palestine Cemetery, Nicholson, MS.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 28, 2006, from 6-9 PM

at Picayune Funeral Home.

Rev. Danny Nance will officiate the service, assisted by Rev. Mike Price.

Mr. Blackwell worked in landscaping and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his step-father, Paul Lyons, Picayune, MS

his mother, Francis Lyons, Picayune, MS

his wife, Renee Blackwell, Carriere, MS

two sons, Chris Blackwell, Carriere, MS

Jeremy Blackwell, Carriere, MS

two daughters, Heather Blackwell, Carriere, MS

Haley Blackwell, Carriere, MS

two sisters, Angie Blackwell, Picayune, MS

Diane Kirkbride, Picayune, MS.

He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Blackwell.
