Bernard A. Blackstone, age 76, died Sunday, August 27, 2006 in Picayune, MS.

Memorial Services will be held Sunday, September 3, 2006 at 3 PM

at Trinity United Methodist Church, Picayune, MS.

Rev. John McCay will officiate at the service.

Mr. Blackstone, a resident of Picayune, MS, was born in Augusta, Georgia.

He was a former supervisor at Kaiser Aluminum Co., in Chalmette, LA

and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Picayune.

He is survived by

one daughter, Lynette Haerer, Picayune, MS;

one son, Mark Blackstone, Terrytown, LA;

one sister, Josephine England, North Carolina;

two granddaughters, Marie Anne Jeannin and Alisha Lynne Wright;

and two great grandchildren, Alex Nathaniel Edward Wright

and Mollie Elizabeth Wright.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Barlow Blackstone.
